When should I visit Dwyer to select material?

Most people visit our showroom 2–3 times during their project. Your first visit is for discovery—exploring options that fit your vision and lifestyle. For slabs, we recommend visiting at least one month before installation; our team will share your top selections with your fabricator for pricing, and you’ll return to finalize within 21 days of installation. For tile, plan your first visit well in advance, as all tile is custom ordered and lead times vary.

What information should I prepare prior to my visit?

When visiting our showroom, it’s helpful to bring your overall design direction and inspiration photos, an estimate of the number of slabs or square footage of tile needed, and any specific requirements, such as a specific slab size to accommodate a large island or full-height backsplash. You should also know your general installation timeframe from your fabricator or tile contractor, as well as the names of the companies you’re working with, including fabricators, designers, builders or contractors.
