Sourcing High-Quality Materials
We prioritize sourcing high-quality materials by exclusively purchasing First-Choice materials. First-Choice stone accounts for only 10-15% of the material being quarried at any given time, ensuring larger slabs, consistent color distribution, and higher yields.
This level of quality also leads to a superior factory finish. In the case of engineered materials, First-Choice status guarantees higher production quality.
To maintain our high standards, all materials undergo a thorough multi-touch inspection process and in-house testing to assess their behavior once installed.

The power of the Dwyer footprint is essential in supporting our customers. Our operations span five buildings, which house a wide range of functions, including slab and tile inventory, corporate offices, commercial and accounting departments, slab galleries, customer service, merchandising, and showrooms.
With a total space of 140,000 square feet, we are equipped with a fleet of trucks, including four tractor trailers, to support truckload deliveries.
