Returns & Holds
To ensure excellent service and transparency, we have updates to share regarding our Return and Hold Policies. It’s our goal to have alignment between your team and ours while eliminating any surprises. Below, you’ll find both policies. Returns
You may return stocked material under the following conditions:
- A return order must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Material must be in new, resalable condition.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to the return order.
All sales for special orders, clearance, and sale items are final and not eligible for return.
Holds
To hold material, an order must be placed. Once an order is placed, the material will be put on hold for up to 21 days. All holds must ship within 21 days, or they will be returned to stock. Holds placed during visits to our showroom will be communicated via email with an attached Order Acknowledgement.
